MY PASSIONS
- Geopolitics and OSINT
My passion for geopolitics
My passion for geopolitics is not born from books, but from an endless curiosity to understand the dynamics that govern our world. My approach combines technical rigor, linguistic and protocol skills, and direct experience in international contexts. As an OSINT analyst (Open Source Intelligence), I have learned to transform the immense flow of digital information into actionable intelligence. This methodology allows me to better understand international crises, identify trends, and analyze global scenarios beyond conventional narratives. For me, geopolitics is the art of connecting invisible dots on a constantly changing board.
In a globalized market, reputation and strategy cannot ignore the international context. I use my geopolitical vision to offer a unique strategic perspective, where data analysis and world understanding merge to anticipate the future.

THE DEMOCRACY OF «SALSA»
I didn't learn to dance salsa, I breathed it. My earliest memories have the aroma of Cuba and the sound of percussion echoing through the streets of Havana, where I was fortunate to live because of my father's work. Frequenting the island since childhood allowed me to absorb salsa not as a discipline, but as a natural language. For me, the "clave" is not a musical beat I have to count, it's the heartbeat under my skin. More than a dance: it's my therapy. Salsa heals: when dancing salsa, all tension dissipates. It's pure connection and wordless dialogue where ego disappears to make room for shared energy. Dancing Cuban salsa means honoring a resilient culture that finds in music the strength to always smile.
Dancing salsa, all women shine. All women shine dancing salsa, there is no "model" to follow, except that of one's own authenticity. This is where the therapeutic magic happens: the dance floor becomes a sacred place where judgment stays outside. Beauty not as aesthetics, where the world asks us to conform to rigid standards. Cuban salsa does exactly the opposite. All women who dance salsa are beautiful! A woman who dances salsa is beautiful because she is present, because she smiles, because her body communicates joy.
I like salsa because it is the most democratic dance in the world. It doesn't ask permission from your ID, your scale, or your wallet. The dance floor doesn't look at your face, it looks at your joy, your will. It's a therapy that levels differences: the manager dances with the worker, the student with the grandmother. We are all equal before the "clave". Why is it my therapy? Because it increases self-esteem, makes you forget problems, connects you with the world as a universal language.
Salsa forces you to be happy in the present moment. Cuba has taught me that dance is a birthright and it is a right to happiness... despite everything...
I think there are few things that relax me as much as listening to the music of my favorite artists: Havana De' Primera, Leoni Torres, Gilberto Santarosa.
Singing, Music and Everything Around It...
I was also a singer in one of my many lives. After studying singing with various masters, I worked on mastering voice, expressiveness, and stage presence. From ages 16 to 26, I worked in the media world as a presenter, actress, and singer in several RAI programs.
I find a deep connection between my passions: music, singing, and foreign languages... no doubt, the foundation is having a good ear!
The unique gift of being a mom…”
I have always said that above all, I am a mom.
They say motherhood is the most intense journey a woman can undertake. It is a path full of challenges, long nights, and constant learning, but above all, it is the gift of creating an eternal bond.
Every day I want to celebrate that magic: the magic of raising with love, of embracing chaos, and of finding happiness being a mom.
Food as my cure and wellness discipline
I firmly believe that what we put on our plate is the first form of self-care. For me, nutrition has never been a matter of restriction, but a conscious choice of energy, mental clarity, and respect for my own body. I have always followed my "low-carb wellness recipe"
Zero sugars: I maintain constant energy levels throughout the day by eliminating all refined sugars and preferring a low-carb, gluten-free, and yeast-free diet. No processed or industrial products on my table. Seasonal vegetables and fruits are the basis of my diet, inexhaustible sources of vitamins and antioxidants.
I use exclusively plant-based milk and kéfir, dairy products strictly without lactose to promote maximum digestibility.
Water is my main ally, never less than 2 liters a day.
My Commitment Against Vicarious Violence and the Protection of minors
My activism against vicarious violence and its devastating consequences is rooted in a deep conviction: the need for a multidisciplinary approach to protect women and children. This form of violence, where a child is instrumentalized to hurt the other parent, is a complex and insidious dynamic that requires a firm and coordinated response.
Co-author and Victim Support Advocate
I am the co-author of the book Domestic Violence: The Theft of the Child and the Pain of Mothers, a work that provides an in-depth analysis of various forms of abuse, including vicarious, institutional, and economic violence. My specific section focuses on the crucial issue of economic violence and the economic and professional status of women. In my role as President of Terziario Donna Confcommercio Roma, I promote the #FuturoSicuro training for operators and businesses—a model that, if applied across various sectors, can concretely contribute to reducing violence against women in our country.
The Fight Against PAS (Parental Alienation Syndrome)
A fundamental pillar of my activism is the fight against the spread and application of PAS (Parental Alienation Syndrome) in many courts worldwide. Along with my co-authors, I emphasize how PAS has been scientifically debunked at an international level, yet continues to be used, often blurring the line between "conflict" and "violence." Our work is committed to explaining the clear difference between vicarious violence and PAS, denouncing the dangers of forced shared parenting in cases involving domestic violence.
International Network and Awareness
My commitment extends beyond national borders through active participation in and promotion of international debates. I helped coordinate a major international videoconference with the "International Collective of Victims of Vicarious Violence," a group of Latin American mothers and activists of which I am a member. This effort aims to formalize an international support network to ensure that children's rights are universal and to promote the implementation of treaties like the Istanbul Convention, which is too often ignored. My work continues with the organization of presentations and conferences—such as the one planned for Mexico City—and the distribution of essential documents like the Tivoli Protocol and other high-level resources to reduce violence globally, alongside support manuals for the international activist network.
